Ordering
Online ordering is available. However, If you have any problems ordering online or have any questions regarding ordering please email us. 

Please note that your order cannot be sent out until payment clears.
Payment methods include:
· Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa Only)  
· Direct Deposit

If you need to cancel an order please email us ASAP and we will cancel it. If the order has already been despatched, it cannot be cancelled and you will have to return it to us in its original condition, the postage to be at your own expense, and we will issue you with a refund less the postage cost.

All of our prices are accordingly quoted in Australian dollars.

Delivery
All orders are processed within 2 business days, and posted as soon as possible thereafter. If we do not have an item in stock, we will contact you either by phone or email to let you know.

Bridal Buzz uses Australia Post for delivery within Australian states and territories. We use either Regular (4-10 business days) or Express Post (overnight or up to 4 business days).  For parcels which do not require a signature Australia Post may Safe Drop.    For more information about postage, visit www.auspost.com.au

All orders up to 2kg in weight (dimensions up to 405mm x 310mm) attract a flat fee of $9.95 for Regular post or $11.95 for Express. If your order is over 2kg or exceeds the maximum dimensions we will contact you to advise the postage cost.

It is important that you give us the right address, returned orders are the responsibility of the recipient if the address is wrong or does not accept the package. There are charges for the return and the re-send.

We may dropship an order direct to you from our supplier. If we do this, we will notify you within our regular communication emails.
